MSc thesis project: 

Development of a framework and management process for capability development 

Syngenta has internally developed a marketing capability program to advance the organization on its marketing knowledge. First roll-outs have taken place and are ongoing. The marketing capability development makes part of the Strategic Planning department and is linked to the learning & development program within Syngenta.


Purpose of the project

The marketing capability development drives organizational changes and needs to be systemically integrated, managed and measured. The company requires an EAME wide implementation plan of the running program, a portfolio management process of the specific learning & development products.

 

Objective

To establish the framework and management of marketing capability development.
