Market Researcher Nutrition Values
(Traineeship 4-6 months)
Location: France
Into action
You will create a market study on the potential value of carotenoids in the food industry located in France. You are capable to make a described report focused on the customer market for vegetables containing naturally high levels of carotenoids. Also a financial analyses and calculation of the price elasticity are part of the project. You will report this to the Portfolio Manager for Large Seeds Vegetables.
The challenge
In this role you will:
- Carry out this market study on the potential value of carotenoids;
- Initiate studies to understand the customer and link this to the behaviour of customer segments;
- Organize a financial analyze of the business chain;
- Calculate the price elasticity;
- Create a final report and presentation in English
Your profile
- You have a Post-bachelor/University level;
- Fluent in France and English
- You are creative, self- organized, proactive and a proposal provider;
- Knowledge of the food industry, preferably the processing industry;
- You are communicative and capable in data collection and the interpretation of it;
- Knowledge of marketing and also the Agricultural industry;
- You are looking forward to stay in France during this traineeship.
