What you are going to do
As an intern R&D you will work on the formulation of a new film coating product and its application onto seeds. This coating should positively influence the growth of your plants. You can gain practical experience in research as well as developing new skills and competences within product development. You will work on collection information on previous researches and write a research proposal. Next to that you will be setting up and assisting in laboratory-based experiments. This way you can test different recipes and quality parameters. You will also plan and perform physical analysis of the formulation as well as the coated seeds. You will write a final report and present the results to the project team and other relevant stakeholders.
- You are a final year BSc or MSc degree student in chemistry, biology, biotechnology or seed physiology
- You have great communicational skills in English
- You can work independently and have great planning skills
- You are flexible and creative
- You want to pursue a career in R&D
- You are a student with EU nationality
