3 jobs that keep everything moving

Behind every bag of seeds is a smart and connected supply chain. From production and planning to process improvement, these 3 jobs are all about keeping an eye on the bigger picture, getting the timing right and making sure technology keeps moving forward.

1. Process Operator

As a Process Operator, you are at the heart of the production process. You set up machines, monitor quality and keep a close eye on every step to make sure everything runs as it should. No batch of seeds is exactly the same, so you keep monitoring, checking and making adjustments when needed. Together with your colleagues, you make sure technology, quality and timing all work together. From the outside, a smooth production process may look effortless. But when you are in the middle of it, you see just how much attention goes into every step.

2. Supply Chain Planner

As a Supply Chain Planner, you keep track of a chain where everything is connected. You coordinate production, inventory and transport, always looking one step ahead. If something changes in the schedule, you immediately see what that means for the rest of the process. You work closely with colleagues, suppliers and production teams, because a good plan never exists on its own. This is a job where you keep an eye on what is happening today while already thinking about what will be needed next week.

3. Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer, you look at how things can be done better. You analyse production processes, talk to colleagues on the shop floor and identify where small changes can make a big difference. Sometimes it is a machine, sometimes the order of a process, or the way different teams work together. You bring technology and practical experience together to keep the entire system running smarter. In this job, you learn that the best solutions are often barely noticeable, but can have an impact on the entire process.
