As a Plant Scientist, you want to understand what a plant needs to grow better. You investigate how plants respond to their environment, which traits are passed on and why one variety performs differently from another. You set up experiments, analyse results and look for connections no one has seen before. You work together with breeders, lab technicians and data specialists, so that new insights can ultimately lead to stronger crops.
